| Shiju Antony KallarakkalAdditional Director (Non - Executive) | Mr. Shiju Antony Kallarakkal is the promoter of the Company and designated as whole‐time director of Antony Lara Enviro Solutions Private Limited which is one of our Material Subsidiaries and has been associated with Antony Lara Enviro Solutions Private Limited since January 1, 2013. He has over two decade of experience in the automobile sector and more than a half decade in the waste management sector. He is mainly responsible for overseeing the group’s waste processing operations, viz., at Kanjur Project (Mumbai) and the Waste to Energy Project at Moshi (Pimpri‐Chinchwad). He has been instrumental to help complete the Material Recovery Facility at Moshi and is now handling the second phase of erecting the waste to energy power plant. |
| Ajit Kumar JainIndependent Director | He holds a Master’s degree in chemistry and political science from Agra University and Meerut University respectively. He also holds a Master’s degree in social science from the University of Birmingham. He has been in active service for more than three decades with the Indian Administrative Service. He has previously worked as the CEO, Zilla Parishad Nanded; Managing Director, Maharashtra State Seeds Corporation, Akola; Collector of Kolhapur, Collector of Mumbai, State Excise Commissioner, Additional Municipal Commissioner, MCGM (BMC), Senior Advisor All India Institute of Local Self Government Mumbai, Project Manager, Mumbai Transport Support Unit, Principal Secretary, Water Supply and Sanitation Department. He was also posted as the Additional Chief Secretary in the Maharashtra Chief Minister’s Secretariat. He is currently the State Information Commissioner for Greater Mumbai. |

In the past, he has been a group executive vice president of L&T Finance Holdings Ltd. and a managing director and chief executive officer of L&T Infrastructure Finance Co. Ltd. Currently, he is the designated partner of Udvik Infrastructure Advisors LLP. |
